  • Can I leave my furniture outside?

    All ‘weaves woven furniture’ can be left outside.

    For prolonged periods, throughout wintertime for example, it is advisable to cover your furniture in order to maintain both colour and freshness. (For all cushions please read our cushion care)

  • How do I clean my furniture?

    All ‘weaves woven furniture’ can be cleaned using warm soapy water and a small brush for sticky elements like sap from trees.

  • How is my furniture made?

    All ‘weaves woven furniture’ is made from a welded aluminium tubular frame with a wall thickness of 1.2 – 1.5 mm which has been powder coated and finished with a hand woven synthetic weave on top.

  • How do I clean my furniture?

    When cleaning glass we advise only to use window cleaner. Some polish when used may leave a greasy residue on your glass which will struggle to stick back to your suction pads on your weave helping the glass not to slide off.

  • How do I clean my cushions?

    All ‘weaves woven furniture’ cushions with zip fasteners can be washed at 30 c. All other cushion covers can be cleaned using warm water and a cloth. Please ensure any spillages/stains are cleaned immediately to prevent permanent marking.

  • Can I leave my cushions outside in the rain?

    All ‘weaves woven furniture’ cushions will sustain a light shower in the summer months. If this happens just remove your cushion and dry using a cloth.

    If your cushions have been left out for a long time please hold/lean your cushions up at an angle and allow to drain and dry before use.

  • Can I leave my cushions outside in the winter?

    All ‘weaves woven furniture’ cushions should be packed away in a dry safe place through the winter months to prevent mould growth.

  • What do I do if my weave looks like its sagging?

    All Weaves Furniture is hand woven onto an aluminium frame. During the summer months, the sun reflecting through the glass may warm some woven table tops and appear to sag. This is not a manufacturing fault and is a natural appearance. Your weave will naturally adjust back to its original place.

  • What guarantee is included?

    All ‘weaves woven furniture’ comes with a 3 year guarantee which covers a manufacturing fault or poor craftsmanship. The guarantee excludes scratching to the the finish of your weave.

    All ‘weaves woven furniture’ cushions come with a 1 year guarantee which covers a manufacturing fault or poor craftsmanship. The guarantee excludes mould, fading due to natural elements or stains due to misuse.

    All ‘weaves woven furniture’ glass is covered by a 1 year guarantee for a manufacturing fault or poor craftsmanship. Your glass is not covered as a result of scratching or breakages.
